If the player has made an erroneous declaration of the personal data appearing in his BETFREDUK account or if the player does not meet the conditions referred to in the sub-articles 2.2 and 2.3, Betfreduk proceeds to the final closure of the player’s BETFRED account. For the “unconfirmed” player, the sums appearing in the online wallet of his BETFRED account are put in reserve by Betfreduk for a period of 6 years. During this period, the “unconfirmed” player can obtain the payment of the sums appearing on the online wallet of his BETFRED account at the time of closing (with the exception of game credits and free bets) by communicating to Betfreduk the documents mentioned in sub-articles 3.2.1.1 and 3.2.2., except if the data appearing on the documents sent by the player does not correspond to the data entered by the player in his BETFREDUK account and subject to sub-article 3.2.2.1 . For the “confirmed” player, Betfreduk will close the BETFREDUK betting account under the conditions mentioned in sub-article 10.3. The documents must be sent in electronic format, via the contact form, accessible from the “Contact us” and free betting tips section of the websites or applications.
