In the event of loss of his password, the player communicates, on one of the websites or applications, his e-mail address declared in his BETFRED FIXED MATCHES account and his date of birth. The player receives an email to the email address declared in his BETFRED account with a password renewal link. The player clicks on the renew password link and is redirected to the page inviting him to enter his new password. As soon as the player has validated the entry of his new password, his old password becomes obsolete, he then receives an email confirming that his password has been changed and receives Betfred fixed matches. In the event that the player is not at the origin of the request, he must contact Customer Service to proceed with an operation to protect the player account.
4.4.2.Betfred Fixed Matches incorrect entry of authentication elements
220.127.116.11 Incorrect entry of password In the event of 5 consecutive incorrect entries of the password by the player, Betfred fixed matches proceeds to a permanent blocking of the BETFRED account. The player must then renew his password in accordance with the procedure described in sub-article 4.4.1.
Incorrect entry of the confidential code In the event of 3 consecutive incorrect entries of the confidential code, by the player, Betfred fixed matches proceeds to a temporary blocking of the BETFRED account for a few minutes. At the third temporary blocking, Betfred fixed matches proceeds to a permanent blocking of the BETFRED account. The player can contact Customer Service and have his BETFRED account unblocked by providing the information and documents requested. In the absence of contact from the player or if the information and documents requested are not provided 11 CONFIDENTIAL or do not allow the unlocking of the BETFRED account, within 1 month after registration or after the modification of the postal address, Betfred fixed matches proceeds to the final closure of the BETFRED account under the conditions mentioned in sub-article 10.3 if the player is confirmed and under the conditions mentioned in sub-article 10.4 if it is an “unconfirmed” player. In the case of the closure of the account of an “unconfirmed” player, the sums appearing on the online wallet of his BETFRED account are put in reserve by Betfred fixed matches for a period of 6 years. During this period, the player will be able to obtain the payment of the sums appearing on the online wallet of his account and also the football fixed matches according to the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-article 3.2.4.
